What You’ll Do

Actively prospect for new clients through referrals, networking events, and community outreach.
Conduct detailed needs analyses to recommend auto, home, life, and health insurance solutions.
Prepare and present clear, compelling quotes and policy comparisons that emphasize value and coverage.
Utilize our CRM platform to manage your pipeline—track prospects, send follow‑up communications, and close sales.
Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams to ensure smooth policy delivery and ongoing support.
Participate in regular training sessions to deepen product knowledge and refine your sales approach.

What We’re Looking For

Ability to obtain Insurance License (P&C, and Life and Health)
1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related consultative role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for listening and building rapport.
Self‑starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a commission‑based setting.
Highly organized, with proficiency in CRM or lead‑management tools.
Genuine passion for helping clients protect what matters most.

Since opening my State Farm agency in 1988, I’ve earned the Chairman’s Circle, Ambassador Travel, and MDRT awards by putting our community first. I’m active in the Chamber of Commerce, NAIFA, and mentorship programs, and volunteer with the 15th Judicial Nominating Committee and the Honda Classic benefiting Children’s Healthcare Charity. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
